No Refunds on Delivered Mail
Due to the curated, personalized nature of Trail Mail Club packages, all sales are final once your letter has been shipped. I (Amanda) carefully prepared each month's contents specifically for our community, so it cannot be returned or refunded after delivery.
What This Means
- Delivered mail: No refunds available
- Subscription cancellation: You can cancel anytime to stop future shipments, but cannot receive refunds for packages already sent
- Shipping issues: If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will resend and resolve the issue.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by emailing me at trailmailclub@gmail.com. Cancellations will take effect for the next billing cycle, and you'll receive any packages already processed for shipment.
